This applies to the whole domain, so every Onelink on it — including QR codes already printed and links already sent — starts opening your app on devices that have it.
Those visits also stop appearing in your click statistics, and you cannot undo it for something already printed. If you would rather only some paths open the app, the iOS file supports restricting them.
